Shipping Policy

Free shipping

We ship our products free of charge throughout Spain and the rest of the world , with no minimum purchase amount.

Delivery times

  • Spain (Peninsula and Islands): between 2 and 5 business days .
  • Rest of the world: between 5 and 10 business days , depending on the destination country.

Please note that since these are handmade or personalized products, the processing time may vary slightly. If your order is personalized, we will let you know when it's ready to ship.


Return and Refund Policy

Products that do allow returns

Permanent collection and ready-to-wear (non-personalized) items:
You can return them as long as the product is unused, in perfect condition, and comes in its original packaging. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind, and we're here to help.

Products that cannot be returned

Personalized or special edition products:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted on custom-made items (such as specific color combinations, leather type, engravings, etc.), unless:

  • Present a manufacturing defect , or
  • We made a mistake in shipping.

Returns for Defective or Wrong Product

  1. Contact us via the web form or by email at store@castizostore.com .
  2. Attach a photo of the defective or incorrect product.
  3. Once the case has been validated, we will send you instructions for making the return at no additional cost .
  4. Once we receive the product and check its condition, we will process a refund or exchange , whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Refunds apply only in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged product.
  • Wrong product sent by Castizo.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used and may take 5 to 10 business days , depending on your bank.


Exchange Policy

We do not exchange products due to the unique nature of each item.
In case of defect or error , we will replace the product at no additional cost .


Shipping Cost for Returns

  • Castizo assumes shipping only if the product is defective or incorrect .
  • In any other case, the customer assumes the cost of return shipping .

Deadline for Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return.


Exceptions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer .
  • Customized products according to customer specifications .
