1. SELLER IDENTIFICATION

2. PRODUCT

All our products are handmade and custom-made, guaranteeing exclusivity and artisanal quality. Product images are representative but may present slight variations due to their handcrafted nature.

The gauge, tone, texture, or finish may vary slightly from the photos or samples. These differences are not considered defects, but rather part of the manual process and the use of natural materials.

Within a single batch, there may be normal variations between pieces, as handcrafted materials are not uniform. This contributes to the unique value of each product.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the material upon delivery. If you notice any defects unrelated to the variations described, you must contact us at store@castizostore.com within 7 days, including photos and an order number.

3. PERSONALIZATION

Customers can customize their pair according to the available options. Once the order is confirmed, modifications cannot be made, as the handmade production process begins.

4. PRICES

All prices are expressed in euros (€).

  • For customers in the European Union: Prices include applicable VAT and free standard shipping .
  • For customers outside the EU: Prices do not include local taxes, customs, or shipping costs , which will be calculated at checkout or charged by the relevant authorities at the destination.

5. PURCHASE PROCESS

The customer must follow the steps in the purchasing process and expressly accept these terms before making payment. Once payment is made, they will receive a confirmation email.

6. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments by credit/debit card, PayPal, and other secure methods available through our payment gateway. All payments are processed securely.

7. DELIVERY TIMES​

Permanent collection or ready - to - go products : Shipping time​ It is 2 to 3 business days .

International Shipping : Estimated shipping time​​ It is 3 to 5 business days , depending on the destination country .

 All custom products: Each pair is made to order. Estimated production and shipping time is 2 to 3 weeks.

8. RETURN POLICY

Customized and custom - made products : Returns and exchanges are not accepted , except in the case of manufacturing defects .

Permanent collection or ready- to - go products : You can return them free of charge , as long as the product has not been used and is in perfect condition .

In case of defective product or error in the order , the customer must contact us through store@castizostore.com​ within a maximum period of 7 days from reception , attaching photos of the product and the order number .

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

10. RESPONSIBILITY

Castizo is not responsible for delays due to transportation, customs, or force majeure.

11. MODIFICATIONS

Castizo reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of placing the order.

12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish and European law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the consumer's domicile.
